Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
1. Validity Period Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.
2. Redemption Vouchers may be redeemed against goods provided by Kilfenora Catering Ltd T/A The Tankard only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. If the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by an accepted payment method. If the purchase is less than the voucher value, the balance will remain on the voucher until the expiry date.
3. Online & In-Store Use Vouchers purchased online will be delivered electronically to the email address provided. Online vouchers can be redeemed both online and in-store (where applicable). Physical gift vouchers (if issued) must be presented at the time of redemption.
4. Non-Refundable Gift voucher purchases are final and non-refundable. Vouchers cannot be cancelled once issued.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers Treat vouchers like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. Kilfenora Catering Ltd T/A The Tankard is not responsible for unauthorised use of a voucher.
6. Restrictions Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers. Vouchers may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Certain products, services, or promotional offers may be excluded from voucher redemption (this will be clearly stated where applicable).
7. Fraud & Misuse Kilfenora Catering Ltd T/A The Tankard reserves the right to refuse a voucher that has been altered, duplicated, or otherwise suspected of fraud. To request a cancellation, please contact us directly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
